We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, and with the original seal or protective film intact. Returns or open purchases can only be approved if these conditions are met. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Returns are not accepted for custom-built watches or if the packaging has been opened.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. Returns must be sent with insured shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost packages if incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout. If you fail to collect your package before the stated deadline, you will be charged for the return shipping cost and administrative fees, totaling $25 USD.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the current item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return has been approved.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. A return handling fee of $10 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.
